FUEL TANK
my fuel tank was leaking where the filler neck meets the tank.i dropped the tank and the filler neck fits kind of loose,is it suppossed to be like that?any suggestions on a quick fix will be appreciated

Axle/Gears: 2.73 twice
If it is a 91 camaro it can be fixed at the dealership free of charge. If its loose, just go and get another one from a junkyard. DO NOT WELD IT. Unless you have a death wish. Then spark away.

If someone else did the fuel pump...and it wasnt leaking before....Id certainly be letting them know that the filler neck wasnt loose when you brought it in, and it is now....

THANK'S for the replies.I've had words with my mechanic already and it think its safe to say i'am not going back!I was too busy and couldn't do it my self at the time.next time I'll make time!now I have to go and hunt 1 down at the junk yard.
