removing TC from flexplate...help
well i have this 350 hanging ready to put on the stand and for the life of me cant seem to get the TC off the flexplate i have tried everything from PB blaster and flywheel wrenches to breaker bar on the crank pully so i guess what i am asking is there any way to remove both the flexplate and TC at the same time or does the TC have to come off first never dealt with one of these fangled TCs before.
any help or hints are welcome so is name calling if you feel the need

use your arm, they will come loose, try harder
have someone hold the crank bolt with a 5/8" socket and long ratchet while you break the TC bolts loose
i always use a 9/16" wrench and a BFH to knock on the wrench real hard ot bust them loose
always works
brute force is required here, dont be scared
good luck

i put a 3 foot breaker bar on the crank bolt and tried to loosen the TC... actually tighten the crank bolt more which was already to tight are there any low profile impact wrenches out there?
Wedge a long screwdriver in between 2 of the flexplate teeth and lever off the edge of the bellhousing to keep the motor from turning over as you loosen the TC bolts. Having a helper while doing this........ um.......... helps.
