PLEASE HELP,NEED SLEEP, 305TPI RUNS ROUGH,MISFIRES ON PASS. SIDE ALSO PLUG R WET

I solved my service engine light problem, but it runs rough and has a misfire on passenger side. i pulled my new plugs out and they were blackend and wet, but didn't smell like gas or oil. its sounds like its around plug 6 and 8. So i then unplugged them one at a time and got a slight difference but it was extremely hard to tell. i cleaned the plugs only to have them do the same thing.

THINGS I HAVE NEW:

Did this just happen after you replaced the wires/plugs?
Wires are in the right order?
Getting spark to the cylinders in question?
Did you replace cap and rotor?

Sounds like engine is cold the black stuff is probably carbon, and the plug also being wet is probably condensation. Did this problem just happen after the tune up or were you trying to fix it with a tune up? If there is a lot of carbon comming loose then there is also a chance that some of it got stuck in a valve. I would do a compression test/ leak down test to see if cylinder is holding compression.

You need to supply us with more info. Like did this problem happen before or after the tune up?

Ok from my experiance either your not getting spark there at all or your in the wrong order, give it a little gas if it back fires, or falmes come out the carb, tbi then you have them in the wrong order, other wise test the spark to each plug, you can use a screw driver, and make sure you are getting a good BLUE spark.
