Yea this 305 can't stay... I am sorta confused on what I should go with.
Which is stronger, less expensive, and more bang for your buck ...
That sorta thing, so what should I do?

Go for the gusto, build the 383. If you build the 350, I think that you will always think that you should have gone with the 383.

I also would go with the 383, I'm glad I did, and remember this
"Horsepower equal money"
My 383 was up there, approx 8K and its well worth it!!

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
A 383 is nothing but a 350 with an aftermarket (usually) crank in it, and pistons to match.
Either way you need a 350 to start out with.
Go get yourself a good 350 core, and work your way up from there.

Stronger? 350 (less stress)
Less expensive? 350 (fewer new parts needed)
More bang for buck? 350 (for what that's worth)
On the other hand, a 383 can be made:
As strong a necessary
Relatively inexpensively
With more bang than a 350
So, your questions don't really have much to do with deciding between them.
Once again, the real questions are how much bang you want, and how much buck you've got.
