Anyone had their 305 dyno'd?
Hey everyone.
Im planning a trick set up for a 305 i have (trick in my mind atleast).
Im just wondering if anyone here has had their 305 dyno tested, what results did you get? What were the modifications?
My plan is:
89 305 block
Stock rotating assembly
Hypereutectic pistons (no overbore)
HV oil pump
LT1 Cam
Double Roller Timing chain
Modified LT1 Heads (to fit Gen1)
Modified LT1 Intake (to fit gen 1)
airfoil on TB
Edelbrock TES headers
3.42 rear
1.6 Roller Rockers
Anyone have ANY idea of what kind of power that would put down? i have the heads being machined in my tech class at school, and im going to do the intake next. Ive already got the headers on my car, cam in the engine, etc.
Just wondering if anyone has any idea of power output. the heads flow about 20cfm better then the 113 castings in every point of lift, and im 100% sure the intake will flow far better then the stock TPI
Thanks everyone!

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
What's the "baby LT1"?
I'd think dyno numbers for that would give a rough indication of what to expect. Although I don't know that anybody every dynos those, they just throw them away and get a full-size LT1 if they care about making power.
Seems like an AWFUL lot of maze to run, with very little cheese as the prize.

Thanks for the input everyone.
Im thinking i will pull the plug on this project, and just drop a real LT1 in with a few bolt ons.
I think i will find its cheaper that route, seeing the LT1 4th gens are getting near the L98 3rd gens, i will just look for a wrecked LT1 car, and do a swap.
Thanks for the input everyone.
I have seen plenty of LT1's dyno 300rwhp, with just LT headers, bigger TB, some porting, ignition upgrades, a cam, and rockers.
My 305 should dyno about 200rwhp as it sits now with my new cam, headers, ported parts etc.
