Programming vats out of ECM

I searched a few threads and it sounds like this can be done but does anyone know of a place or a person that could do this, I tried the vats bypass and that didnt work so I assume its the module. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a simple matter of turning one bit in a memory location from a "1" to a "0" (un-checking a flag), then burning the altered program to a blank PROM.

But don't stop there. There is so much more which can be done. There is a complete guid in the DIY/PROM Forum outlining the necessary hardware and procedures.
