350 tpi camshaft

I recently bought a 350tpi from a 1992 Camaro. It has been rebuilt before and when I pulled the camshaft to do my own rebuild, I found out that the cam that is in it is not the original but some sort of aftermarket one. the number on the very back of the camshaft is 1098 2714 b. I've been looking around for answers on what it is because it's a toss up between this cam and a lt1 cam I also have. I would like to find out some information about it. Going by some of the numbers i believe it may be some sort of a crane cam but not sure.

I only saw it run for like a minute at idle before the guy pulled the engine out but seemed to run ok with the stock computer didnt seem to have a lopey idle. Im figuring it's maybe a replacement stock cam or maybe a step up or 2 but i know its not a crane because i called them.;
