TPI running horrible after disconnecting EST
I have an LB9 305 TPI and recently I have decided to do 'some' tuning to the PROM since im on spring break and have some free time.
Before I had even touched the PROM settings I went ahead and set the minimum air for 600rpm and TPS voltage which is set at .6 volts. I then moved on the set the base timing by removing the EST wire and set the timing to 6* BTDC.
I reconnected the EST wire and cleared the codes by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes then reconnecting it....
Started up the car and it just runs horrible. From idle, part throttle, cruising, and WOT, the engine misses, bucks and kicks, grunts and farts... everything but run well.
I scanned for codes and no trouble codes shows up, I've also checked the plug wires, cap, rotor, coil, and ignition module and they are all good.
Did I mistakenly overlook something here?
