double hump heads....

Im building a 350, finally replacing my tired 305(itll be nice to have a 350 again). Ive got a hell of a deal on a set of double hump heads (2.02 1.60) . The only problem is that these, like most double humps, dont have the accessory bracket holes drilled in them. I cant be the first person that has wanted to this in a third gen, or any later model sbc anyway. I've found some brackets in jegs that might work, but i cant get a clear answer. I want to leave all the accesories (except ac) in the factory locations. Somebody has had to of fab up some brackets for these(theres brackets online to put a sbc in almost anything), but i'm unable to find anything definite. Any ideas?

Re: double hump heads....

Are you going to use the 1986 Vee belt setup, I see your car listed as an '86 in your signature.

There are a lot of threads on this, do a search. Mostly people will tell you to find some other heads and sell the "double humps" to someone with an old musclecar they are restoring. Performance wise they were great back "in the day"

If you want to keep everything in the stock locations, you're going to need accessory bolt holes.
