Hey guy's. I just baught an 89 Firebird awhile back that didn't run at all and we put a new fuel pump in it and got it running. Well the car still has a little miss in it, when you kick down on the gas it acts like it wants to die out. I was going to purchase a new fuel line and guage because we thought the guy who put the pump in kinked the line. But that turns out to run 240 dollars where I live for a new one. Second thing we thought it might be is the mass air flow sensor, we had a car that had one that was bad and it made it run similar. Just thought i'd get some opinions on what might cause it before I go droppin all kinds of cash for parts and it dosen't fix the problem. Thanks.

 

You should probably try the general tech forum, or whichever forum matches your specific engine, since this doesn't really fall under history or restoration.
