plugs for dart iron eagle 215's angled heads

i need help picing a plug for my engine... i just recently did a cam swap (solid roller, .606/.606 256/262 @.050 110 lsa)

my engine is a 383, dart iron eagle 215cc heads with angle plugs tapered seat, 64 cc chambers with flat top pistons roughly 10.5:1 compression.
vic jr intake, 850 cfm carb with headman longtubes

which plugs would u guys use?

whats a good heat range?

right now i am running a ngk R5673-7 do u think these are 2 hot or cold... or ok???
