Various and sundry.
You'd be better off looking for good heads.

It sounds like you don't really know anything about cylinder heads (not to be rude).
Valve size is a very small piece of the puzzle. I could have 1.84" valves in some vortecs (with new valve seats), and blow the doors off some old 882 heads with 2.02 valves, for example.
There aren't many factory casting cylinder heads worth using. From what i've seen;
1) Vortecs
2) Fuelie/double hump (since those are about as common as Ferrari's in JY's this is almost a moot point)
3) 601/416/081 305 heads from the mid '80s. Port them up and you're laughing.
4) TBI heads, 187/193 castings. For a low RPM motor they're quite good, excellent swirl. Not great for high RPM high flow type of engines.
5) All the other garbage smog heads; 882, 993, etc etc

Re: 2.02 heads need info!!!!!
Only the very high performance optional motors from Muscles cars fo the 60's and early 70's came with 2.02's. the last car to have 2.02's would be the 1973 L-82 Corvette/Z28 245hp/350.
You are not likely to find a set of 2.02 factory heads laying around in a Junk yard.
There are a few jewels to watch for . 1996 to 2000 GM L31 Vortec 350 truck heads. Casting # end in 062 or 906. All others are not vortecs.
If you want a half decent head that you can take home and port up using big valves look for the "416" 305 HO heads or maybe a "601" 305 head. or the heads from a Camaro/Fbird 305TPI or 350TPI motor "081" or "083" castings. Aluminum version "113" Every thing else is not worth picking up. If it has a throttle body injection TBI leave the heads.

Yea, heck that's a great deal.
Time to find out how good of a friend he really is - what's the casting number on them?
If they're really vortecs, now you've gotta go find a vortec intake manifold.

That's the "062" head F-BIRD'88 was talking about.
And an example of a "good" head I was talking about.
They require a Vortec intake manifold (the stock factory system isn't very good for performance). Can we assume you're going to us a carburetor?

The heads will need to be modified to take that much lift. New valve springs, guides cut, etc. With that much lift, screw-in or pinned rocker studs would be a very good idea.
