406-how much horsepower?

i am buildign a 406 roller and just wondering how much horsepower you think ill be making and what kinda times i might run...its a 406...mahle pistons should be around 12:1 compression.. eagle rods .brownfield/ afr heads..215cc 2.05 / 1.6 completely cnc ported and port matched to a victor jr....solid roller 635 lift camshaft ...850 holley.....3800 stall...turbo 400 transmission.....scariest part being i have a stock rear end 3.42 with a mini spool...i plan on replacing with bigger axles c clips and a 4:10 but im hoping i could run it the way it is for a bout 2 weeks so i can make some time to afford the rear parts...car has not been gutted at all with driver cars prolly weighs around 3350

My combon on my formula is almost identical to your 355 set up but I'm running the Dart Iron Eagle Platnuim 215 cc heads and a T-56. How do you like your set up?

I'm not too sure on you 406 build though. Should do pretty well. I pray for your rear end though.

Re: 406-how much horsepower?

my 355 aint too bad...bottom end is basically just a step over stock...shitty pistons with stock rods....but with the sportsmen 2 heads being only 58 cc that helps...but with the lunati cam it sounds awesome...with just a 3:42 ive ran 12.32 with all stock rear end....but yeah im really wondering fi that rear end will even hold up for one pass with the 406
