How to ID goodwrench 350

I have a goodwrench 350 on my stand right now. I want to use it, I think. How can I identify it?

The engine suffix is: M07191VP

Block is 10066036
heads: 93417369

It's a 4 bolt main, 2pc rear, 76cc head motor. I think its 8.5:1. I know the new ones with these specs are '260hp, 300torque'.. But is this?
