dont see why you would put locktite on intake bolts or any sealer, never have and nothing leaked for me.
If I was to put anything on the intake bolts it would be teflon tape or liquid teflon sealer.
that medium strength loctite is useless, you only need the red stuff for flywheel/flexplate bolts, screw in rocker studs, and other bolts that once there in their spot they wont ever need to be taken out.
