Can I get head off with manifold still attached?

Is there enough room to get a head off with the exhaust manifold still attached? If not, I'm dreading trying to get those rusty bolts out. This is a '87 5.7L BTW.

There's a row of head bolts below the manifold. You need to take the manifold off to take the head bolts off.

Yea, that's what I was afraid of. Thanks.
