what gas to use with a 9.5 cr?

Engine: 5.7Lcarb,5.3L
Transmission: 700-r4, 6L80
Axle/Gears: strange 3.73's
what gas to use with a 9.5 cr?
well that is my question. my choices around here are 87 89 with the 5% ethanal and 91. what gas should i use with that cr?

For economy purposes I'd use the lowest octane that doesn't cause detonation. That depends on your setup. If you're referring to that engine in your signature though, I'd probably go with the premium.
