Cam timing set question
Some timing set crank sprockets have 3 keys. +4, 0 and -4 degrees.If I install the sprocket to the - 4 degrees retard keyway, is this setting the cam 4 degrees or 2 degrees?

If I set the shaft sprocket with the 4degree keyway, it will be the same as using
a 4 degree bushing in the cam sprocket. Sorry for the stupid question. Just do not want to pull the shaft sprocket off again when I go to degree the cam?

Well, I'm not the world's most experienced cam degree'r, but that's pretty integral to the process from my understanding.
