Charging Problems!
My 91 Camaro 305 TPI is eating batterys like crazy! I haven't driven the car yet but i have been starting it everyday to test and fix certain things but for the past 3 days it keeps draining everynight! I don't get a alt light or anything but when it sits it dies. How can i test if something is drawing on the battery when it is turned off!

Re: Charging Problems!
Get a cheap testlight from Walmart. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Connect the alligator clip of the testlight on a clean ground (like the threads of the shock tower studs). Put the probe of the testlight on the negative post of the battery. With everything off and doors closed, the light shouldn't light. It may glow very faintly. If it glows brightly, have someone pull fuses one at a time (don't forget to have the doors closed) and see if you can locate the circuit. If none of the fuses cause it to go out, causes could be: alternator, lighting circuits, coolant fan relays, hatch pull down motor, ECM. You just have to unplug stuff until it goes out to find it.
All of this assumes that the battery is being fully charged and not just jumped off and run for 5 minutes...
