head/cam swap complete, no crank

hey guys looking to your infinite wisdom once again.

Did a head and cam swap but the truck will not crank now.

I put the cam in and the cam gear and crank gear dots lined up
Put heads on and have valves adjusted per the sticky here,
Have fire coming thru plugwires down to plugs, checked by putting a screwdriver in the end of the wire and turned motor over. Nice blue spark.
Should have fuel, same exact setup as before the swap nothing changed here.
Brand new plugs gapped at .036. Firing order is in order and I set the dist down with rotor pointing towards number 1. number 1 was at TDC.

What could it be? What did I screw up yall please help me I am at wits end here.

Re: head/cam swap complete, no crank

Does it have "no crank" (turn the key, starter doesn't work); or "cranks but no start" (starter works, engine doesn't run)?

You say you lined the motor up with the timing set "dot to dot". That's #6 firing; which is both #6 and #1 TDC, but it's not #1 firing, it's the OTHER instance of #1 TDC in an engine cycle, the one where the #1 piston is coming to the top as the exh valve closes and the int valve opens. It's the correct place to use to line up the timing set, because it's easy to see; but #1 firing is when both dots are at 12:00. Did you rotate the crank one full turn from "dot to dot", and point the rotor to #1, like it needs to be? Or was it still "dot to dot" with the rotor pointing to #1? If it was the latter, then your dist is 180° off, and you need to pop it out and rotate it 180° and drop it back in.
