How hard is it to do valve seals?

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Gov lock
How hard is it to do valve seals?

Its an 88 trans am with a 305 TPI. How difficult is it to change the valve seals with the motor still in the car? Where do i start?

you need a hose like a compression tester with a air line fitting, im pretty sure a compression tester hose works, that threads in to the spark plug hole that fills the cylinder with air to keep the valve from falling in to the cylinder, then you compress the valve spring, remove the keepers and spring, slide the old seal off of the valve, and then slide the new seal on to the valve, put the spring back on, compress it put the keepers back on, and move to the next cylinder, and you obvioulsy have to take all of the rockers off and readjust them when your done, its not to big of a deal if you have the right tools, it took me about an hour to do it my first time

It's very easy if you have a spring compressor and manage to not lose any of the retainers.

But getting the hose to screw in all the plug holes on a V8 third gen in not easy.

i used the lever type of thing that goes on to the rocker stud the is held down by the poly lock

Ok so lets say i do this and everything goes well, how do i adjust the rockers afterwards?
