Battery wont charge...
Ok so when I crank my car it drains the battery and then I have to charge it again. I took the alternator off and took it to work (I work for O'reilly Auto Parts) and tested the alternator and it tested "Good" and the Battery is brand new so I charged it up, and that didnt work
I checked every fuse and none of them are blown
What happened: I was removing my valve cover and repeatedly hit the power terminal on the alternator and sparks flew and one time even a huge spark and alot of smoke came off the alternator
Will the Alternator still test good if something was wrong with it? The battery is brand new

Check the wires between Battery, Starter and Alt, also there is a fuse for electric fans that i have read people blowing that will make the Alt not charge.

If it will start and run, put a volt meter across the battery terminals and see what the reading is - if its over 13.5V, then it is charging Should be over 14V, but even 13.5 is good enough for this. If not, then you know the problem.
Now, if it is charging, check the battery terminals and cables (both ends of the cables, and the mount at the block and starter) to check for anything that might make for a poor connection - corrosion, paint, oil, rust, etc.
If thats OK, have your battery load tested after you charge it. Don't just do it once - even most BAD batteries will pass with one load test. If the battery is good, it will pass 3 or 4 consecutive load tests. If it can't, its probably a dud.
If the alt and battery check out, it may be a starter issue or it could be in the wiring.
