replacing drive belt tensioner

I have an 89 camaro with a 305 tbi and I need to replace the drive belt tensioner but i dont see any bolts to remove it. Any advice? thanx

in the center of the pivot area is a recessed torx head bolt(T-55 i believe). remove tension before loosening the bolt. there is a locating dowel behind there so it can only go on one way. hope this helps
