Simple questions, easy answers I hope

Am just about to do the plugs and oil on my engine. Its a 5.7 Goodwrench and its running a crossfire injection system. Can anyone tell me the recommended plug gaps for a newish 350 and how much oil it takes? (Preferably in litres as I am English!!!!!)

Also... removed the emission stuff and plugged hoses as per a previous thread. Car runs much smoother but doesn't like to idle upon initial start up (is fine once warm) any thoughts - I was thinking it my be due to the vacuum pipes that ran to the emissions stuff - I've just capped them for the moment.

AC Delco R45TS, .035" - .045" gap (not real critical..)

4.something liters. It'll depend on what oil filter you use. Probaby about 4.25 with the stock (short) one, or about 4.5 with the preferred larger one (AC PF1218). In any case, get 5, add until the dipstick reads "full". Buy 5, fill the filter before you put it on, put a total of 4 liters in, run it for a couple of minutes, top it off out of the 5th liter.
