What is the stock compression ratio?
Hi,
I have a 1988 Camaro IROC-Z 305TPI 5spd.
I need to know the compression ratio for a custom chip from Hawk's Third Gen.
I know that on this website it says the stock compression ratio is 9.3:1. But I have seen different numbers other places. Does anybody know what it is?
Thanks.

The info on this site seems pretty reliable.
Hawks should know if it's stock, anyway.

Re: What is the stock compression ratio?
I thought the TPI 305s were 9.5:1 (same shortblock as the L69) and the 350 TPI was 9.3:1.
