motor feels like its missing only while cruising

motor feels like its missing only while cruising
but wide open throttle its all ok,motor has a mild cam,what would cause it to miss while just cruising around?

Double check that all our plug wires are plugged in all the way and that everything is connected the way it should be. I would start from there. You could be experiencing a miss in ignition due to something stupid like that. It had happened to me.
