Re: 1989 camero rs lobing
its a tpi, crazy numbers i was talking about was(live data numbers) where jumping around like, voltage reading 12 voltz then go down to 8.3 volts , maf numbers were way off, scanner showing i was doing 15mph when sitting in garage. I am useing a snap-on scanner pluged into the obd1 plug. the scanner would not pull any codes from ecm. it would show/say no codes present. nothing in freeze frame.

Re: 1989 camero rs lobing
I think he means surging (lopeing).
The usual suspects: IAC dirty, throttle body dirty, EGR not closing...etc.
