Which injectors should I use?

Car: 86 Corvette, 89 IROC, 1999 TA
Engine: 350, 350, LS1
Transmission: 700r4, 700r4, T-56
Axle/Gears: 3.07, 373, 4.10
Which injectors should I use?
So I'm in the process of my 305 to 350 swap. I'm going to be reusing the tpi system and don't know which set of injectors to use. I have a set of l98 injectors from my 86 vette or the factory lb9 injectors from my 89 maro. I plan on using an AFPR with either. Both sets were functioniong properly when removed. Is there any reason I shouldn't use the l98 injectors?
