Cam swap

I got this LG4 block with 601 heads and an energizer chs278h10 cam in it. Will that cam and those heads fit on my LO3 thats in my car know. I know my TBI intake wont bolt up to the heads. Is there anything else I should know. Or or should I just drop the whole LG4 block in the car? Any idea on how much more power those heads and cam will make on a mostly stock LO3. It has an open element, no TBI spacer, shorty headers, the rest of exhaust is stock right now.

Re: Cam swap

I was thinking the same thing. But I think I may need to change the cam bearings and I have never done that before, so I was just wondering if I could put that cam and heads in the LO3.

Re: Cam swap

Why do you think you may need to change the cam bearings?

Re: Cam swap

The front one has a big scratch. I think one of the middle ones may be scratched up too. Cant tell for sure until I drop the crank.
