valve stem seals

what valve stem seals should i use?
can i change these without pullin tha heads off my running longblock?
longblocks on a stand lubed up the rocker arms(valve train) a week ago now i notice one exhaust port turned wet lookin from a dry black
change them all now right

Re: valve stem seals

Go to a parts store and ask for valve stem seals for a '78 camaro or so.
Get the fel pros. I forget the part number, it's about 7 digits long and contains about 3 sevens in it.... Seach on here if you want.
They make intake and exhaust ones, the intakes are positive seals, so you can use intakes on both if you want.
