wil these valve springs work? link inside

Im putting a xe258hr in my small block with 1.6 rockers on 113 heads. I was looking for the kit that replaces the valves and seals for .550 lift with no machining, but I cant find em. Ive done alot of reading on having the guides shaved down and getting a set of cheap z28 springs on ebay. Just want to make sure this is the correct spring for my heads, Ill be at .520 lift with the 1.6s. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...em290236054893&

Manley makes a spring and retainer for those heads that will allow .525 lift.

You'll need retainers to go with those springs, too. Those springs are for stock cams, which yours just qualifies. But of course I have to recommend Manley 22410-16 and 23652-16 retainers that will get you .550" lift and last a long time.

Manley 10721-8 and 10722-8 are 1.94" - 1.50" valves with narrowed stems that will fit right in those L98 aluminum heads. The narrowed stems will give you a few more cfm in airflow. Unfortunately we dont have valve stem seals that fit.
