its soooo much fun ( just kidding) you have to rip out the dash to get to it, its under the passenger side of the dash inside a lil black box, its been a while but it should not take you more than about 1 hour to get to it .

You can either fight your way from the bottom to get at the screw on the top right corner of the vent box or take out the dash pad and speaker for easy access from the top. Choose your poison! The rest is pretty easy.
