My 83 T/A has a broken motor mount so I am out there trying to get those bolts out of the crossmember and you just can't get to them that easily.

What combination of sockets, extensions and swivels did you use to change them????

Re: What tools to use to change motor mounts?

i had a lot of luck with an extension with a universal and a 15mm socket. some still have to be gotten with a wrench. I dont know if you saw it but there is a hole in the K member to the rear by the strut and spring, its easier to get a wrench on the bolts from here. When you put the bolts back it put some rtv or something on the bolt and stick the washer on it, saves a lot of headaches.
