96 fbird - sputtering upon acceleration

Hello all.
I have a 96 firebird, 3.8l that sputters upon acceleration.
It starts fine, idles fine and when in park and given gas it revs as it should.
The issue starts when I'm in drive and give it gas, doesn't matter which gear I'm in, it will sputter horribly.
Could anyone that has knowledge on this, push me in the right direction?
Thanks..

not to be rude, but this site is dedicated to third gen camaros. which were produced from 1982-1992.

for your 96, you should check out ls1tech.com i believe they havce a sixxer section.

Right, no intent to be rude, but when you signed up you specifically agreed to keep topics related to third generation f-bodies. A '96 is a fourth generation.
