Choke light
It seems like my mechanic was able to finally fix the overheating of my car after having to put in the new heater core and driving the car for a good 40 minutes on a 90 degree day.
So when I take the car for emission's they tell me that I have to fix the exhaust cause there were holes all over the pipes (I'm guessing from sitting in the garage for 14yrs). So i go to a muffler shop and just restore the whole exhaust. Got me a flowmaster series 40 and it's was sounding nice. I drive the car for another half hour and I love the sound so I just decide to wait till the next day for emissions.
So today when a friend of mine comes over to hear my new exhaust, I turn the car on while it was parked in the garage, and it was loud! The thing is that two minutes after the car was on I notice the choke light was on as well. I quickly turn off the car and when I do the engine sort of startled. Now I'm sort of scared to turn the car back on.
Could it because of the new exhaust?
