q jet throttle cable bracket

i have a 350 that i put a q jet on, i am needing the bracket for the throttle cable, my car was originally tpi so i bought a throttle cable from advance for a 85 camaro with a qjet so i would have the right cable so now i just need the bracket. i want a bracket that i wont have to fiddle with to make work and stuff, oh and my car is a 5 speed so no worries on the kick down

A factory bracket from the junk yard may be your best bet. The bracket is common to most GM V8's of the era (since most of them were SBC's by then). My '84 van had the same bracket as my '86 Camaro donor car, even though the van throttle cable was this long thing that looped completely around the engine.
