1991 Z28 305 TPI issues
Well, I've got a laundry list of complaints at the moment. I guess I'll put them into organized format.
1. Rough/Erratic Idle - No rhyme or reason, some times does it, some times not, some times hot, some times cold.
2. Surging - If I have it in drive at a stop, I can feel the brake pedal sink and the car starts surging hard. I'm thinking this is a vacuum leak at the master cylinder. Any easy way to verify this?
3. Random loss of power - This just cropped up as of recent. I live in a hilly area. I was coming home one night and the engine lost all power. It still showed RPM on the tach, but there was no pedal response at all. It came back to life quickly thereafter, however any slight incline now prompts this condition. Where to start with this?
