Whats my cam duration?

Stock was .050 212 /226
However, I have 1.6 crane gold rockers.

What is it now?

Duration at the cam lobe doesn't change with rocker ratio. It'll have slightly more duration at .050" of valve lift, but not much. Advertised duration will have almost no change at all.
