Ok thats a good example, not 3k for heads. what do you think would be a decent set of heads to get for my build

Ok I have narrowed down my choices with some help from a few mechanics
I am just not sure about the rod length, 5.700, 5.850, or 6.000, and weather or not to go with H-beam rods(750-1500 max hp) or I-beam rods(500 max hp). Also weather to go cast crank or 4340.
