92 V6 Slight Ruff Idle, increases under load

My Friend just bought a 92 Camaro with a V6 and a 5 spd.

It had a slight stumble in its idle and seemed to get more noticeable while driving around 1700 rpm and 2800 rpm.

He figured it might just need some maintenance.

So he change the following:
Plugs
Wires
Oxygen Sensor
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Oil
Oil Filter
Also ran Seafoam through the gas and oil.
Well, oil before he changed it.

The engine does not burn oil, the exhaust is clean, no puffing of anything.

The problem is still happening.
So I wonder, what it might be?
Guessing maybe timing?
Also he is getting no codes from the computer.

Any Suggestions?

Well I guess Thanks were not necessary since people didn't even bother trying to help me out on this one..

You all are usually so good at answering questions, that is why I come here.
But never the less.

For those that may not be the most technical and have had or are having similar issues here is what I found.

Turns out, it was a simple thing.
The previous owner swapped plug 4 and 6.
My buddy had changed the spark plug wires and I was there when he changed them, and he replaced them 1 at a time so he could not possibly screw up the order.
But it turns out the order was already screwed up from the previous owner.

That is how he got the car so cheap, the previous guy thought the engine was dying.

So we swaped the wires and it drives like new.

Hope this helps someone somewhere.
Good Luck.

Patience, Grasshopper. There isn't anyone sitting at their computer waiting for questions to pop up so they can respond. We get to them when we can.

Besides, you found the problem yourself. Since no information was given about the previous owner's actions, it would have taken a lot of guessing to get to it, anyway.

Glad you fixed it. Nothing like a bargain because a simple problem wasn't understood by the seller.

I knew that the issue could be 1 of many different things.
What I was attempting to do was compile a checklist and then go through them one by one till I found the issue.
I knew of many things, but there may have been some I missed.

I have been coming to this site for a while now since it has some of the best technical information about our generation cars and quick replies. So when I asked my question and got nothing but crickets I was really surprised.

Either way I am glad the problem was fixed.

24 hours to get a response isn't all that unreasonable. It doesn't help any that the V6's aren't all that popular, either.

I was going to suggest doing a compression check and checking the injectors for proper firing before I saw that you fixed it.
