Car bogs when accelerating from a stop. any ideas. Another question. If oxygen sensors are bad will there be a fuel type or raw smell. car is a 1991 chevy camaro tpi z28 305

 

if your 02 sensor is bad you will be running rich which sounds like your problem is your check engine light on?

 

The light comes on. Then when the car is off, after i turn it on it will come back on by the end of the day.

 

do you know how to flash your trouble codes

 

no i don't i heard use a paper clip

is the connector under the dash or in the engine compartment

 

should be right under the drivers side of the dash on the right hand side may have a plastic cover over it should pop off no problem just remember not to start the car with the paper clip in and to remove it before turning the key off

the code is 45 oxygen sensor rich

 

yep running rich would make it bog just replace the o2 sensor its on the drivers side exhaust manifold that should help with it bogging off the start. let me know if you need anymore help.
