For LT1 motors he's pretty good and offers great setups. AI (advanced induction) is the other big LT1 player. They offer great stuff too.
Either setup is fine for LT1's, they both offer great packages to suit your hp needs from bolt ons/stock heads to fully ported heads and all out max power on stock shortblocks. After that they can play with aftermarket LT1 heads and bigger cams to see more power.
Lloyds cams used to be ground by BRE, bret bauer racing engines. Did a good job. Never seen a poor combo by him. Infact i'm running one of his cams in my 383 and its doing pretty good so far. Hit my goals at the time. I told him what i wanted, what i had in mind, and he gave me something abit different than what i expected but the car did what i said i wanted.
Lloyd Elliot now uses grinds from bullet cams as they are offering cheaper grinds than what bret bauer racing could offer... so it was a business decision. I havent seen any recent LT1 setups using the new grinds from bullet but i have heard bullet is pretty good cam grinder. you cant go wrong tho

I'm running a Bullet cam, and I think it's great. I had a trick flow hydraulic roller 246/254 .558/.558 and ran 10.4's, and the switch to this solid roller 264/271 .626/.626 made it run 10.0's
