lots of gas in my oil

i have a 305 tpi 1987 iroc i have beeen having problems with my car flooding out with the fuel pump plugged in so i replaced the regulator with a bbk fired my car up still the same problem however now i blew my front seal and the oil is fuel of gas. What is going on thanks for the help.
