It's pretty trivial. Remove the escutcheon, and you should be able to pull the bulb out of its holder and insert another one. If you can't get it out with your fingers or with a tool, then you can remove the whole cluster and remove the bulb holder from the back.

Are you sure it's burned out? That almost never happens.
