Car: 1988 TA GTA

Engine: L98 Replaced w/ 350/330HP W/TPI

Transmission: Stock 700r4

Axle/Gears: stock 3:27

RUNNING LEAN AT LOW RPM

Got an 1988 Trans am with a 350 TPI. When the car runs at operating temperature it has a hesitation with you give it gas and sometimes you can hear a pop in the exhaust. I has the car on a scanner and I was told that it is running lean at low rpm and at the higher rpm it evens out. Could it be the mass air? No engine codes!

Any ideas?
