That's the 4 bolt top cover model. It's a direct bolt in however you should use the third gen pitman arm. It's a slightly different length than the S10 pitman arm. Not enough to cause a problem but it will change the steering geometry slightly.

Everything else will bolt right up. Usually someone wanting a manual steering box will purchase the wrong one. The older versions with the 3 bolt top cover will work but need a few modifications because the sector shaft that the pitman arm attaches to is the wrong size.

The only other thing to watch out for is the sway bar. If its a track only car, its not an issue as you wont need the sway bar. If your using it on the street or you want the sway bar for some reason, you will need to mod the D/S mount. It requires some minor cutting/welding to get it to bolt up.
