quick gas line quest

im gna be puttin an electric inline pump in my car. how much gas is gna come pouring out when i cut the lineby tank and tap in it? tanks bout 1/4 filled

Just what is in the line - you wont get a siphon action or anythign from the tank, so dont worry about that. Before you cut it, take the gas cap off and let the car sit for an hour to let the fuel pressure release. get a bucket and wear some goggles. It'll seem like a lot at first but it will stop fairly quick.

ok cool does that go the same for taking the mechanical pump off? im redoing it for nitrous.
