would love some help
Well my car runs a little ruff once it gets to warm idle speed. it starts and is A ok driving but when your just sitting, idling the car shakes a little too much. My dads 91 silverado with a 350 in it has 140k on it and is still smooth as silk, but my 350 gta has 78k and is ruff. any ideas?

I think most people check the IAC function first thing for rough idle.
You could also inspect the ignition - cap, wires, plugs for problems.
Check the ECM for error codes.

Re: would love some help
have someone sit in the drivers set with it idling and the brake on
wiggle the maf sensor wires
if that does not change it take the plugs of the injectors one at a time
this should make the car run worse
if there is no change then you know that the injector or the ignition on that cly is to blame
if it starts to run a heck of alot better then the injector is bad and grounding out the whole circuit
tpi is a batch fire system

Re: would love some help
well I also put in a refurbished MAF, and had the injectors checked out, and they were all ok. The car has absolutely no problems running, and it doesn't sound like its struggling at all. could it be a bad motor mount or something along those lines? like I said, the car just vibrates a little too much, at least I think so.

Since you bring it up you could check your mounts but you would notice that any time you hit a bump. Make sure you so not have any air leaks and check all your plug in wires. That is a problem you just have to start with what you have already done and continue on down the list. Plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor, timing, air leaks... The list goes on.

ok I put a brand new mafs on my car but the plug was a little loose and not making the best contact when my car was idleing and bouncing a bit.
look at the mounts as well
big pry bar to lift on the motor mounts
jack and a board the size of the trans pan and jack it up watching the trans mount
also check to see if the exsaust has clearence
