'92 camaro rs, 305 tbi, auto. bought it from sister who never took care of it. #1 problem: when i finally get it to crank, it surges really bad. throwing code for high vaccum/low voltage. need help. things i've replace since i've had it include coolant fan switch, coolant temp. sensor, and fan relay/harness.
