91' z28 305

Hey guys, I was wanting some advice.
I have a stock 305 in my 91' z28.
She has about 205 hp(per stats on site) and I would like to get her up to around 250+.
What are the cheapest ways to increase my horsepower that much, while staying with the 305.
But, without adding nos or a supercharger.
Any ideas?

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.

Exhaust. Assume you have the single cat, which means the whole system is too small. Hooker 2055HKR, Catco 9118 direct-fit cat or equivalent, whatever 3" cat-back you like.

It might not be the cheapest way, but it's the right thing to do. Makes everything else you do after that work that much better.
